I love these beautiful photos of your dogs, the lake, the chickadee and you! Before and after dunking and swimming in 55 degree temp water, and letting go! Wonderful! And you will NEVER be an old lady! Very well written! I bet your flannel shirt and coffee made you feel very cozy this morning!
I love this post! I certainly relate to the brilliance of a morning swim — but in your lake, how glorious! And the ducks. I think they’re great mergansers. I just caught a shot of them on my river. We are blessed in nature’s abundance!
Being outdoors is a magical universe of possibilities. My garden heals every thing. By working the 40 raised beds, surrounded by horses, goats and chickens my body is forced to get stronger and my soul is always singing.
Haha, I don't see an old lady. I see someone embracing life. Living large. Beautiful.

Yes, we are all so blessed!

What a scrumptious picture you paint!
When I swam off Blueberry Island with my nieces, and it was cold, we had fun. Memorable fun.

I cherish your singing soul and know you are in your happy place.
I love your description of the natural wonders of Blueberry Island. But I am not as brave as you in 55 degree water.
